Joseph Didgeon — Freight Broker at Chattanooga’s Lipsey Logistics

Having earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Joseph Didgeon serves as a logistics coordinator and freight broker at Lipsey Logistics in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In addition to directly coordinating shipments with third parties, Chattanooga’s Joseph Didgeon has trained and managed more than 10 employees to fulfill the roles of customer service, operations management, and freight brokerage professionals. His other responsibilities have included managing after-hours operations (at times with minimal oversight) to achieve overall customer service and marginal revenue growth objectives.

Prior to joining Lipsey Logistics, Mr. Didgeon served as a macro-economics tutor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Drawing on a passion for following international and national economics trends and news, he tutored more than 10 students who went on to exceed the university’s grade expectations.

In his spare time, he stays in shape by pursuing numerous sports and outdoor activities, including lifting weights, trail running, and snowboarding. He also enjoys reading research and opinions on national and international economics by leading thinkers.
